Session 1. The Internationalisation of fleet
08:30 - 9:30 Unlocking the benefits of an international fleet strategy
Managing a fleet is often done locally, but when you have subsidiaries and activities in various countries setting up a regional/international strategy can lead to multiple benefits. For example cost efficiency, harmonisation, and transparency can be generated.
But how to develop the right Latam strategy and policy for your fleet? In this session 3 fleet managers will detail the do’s and don’ts of a Latam wide fleet programme. What are the building blocks of their fleet strategy with attention for the elements that are regional wide and those that are locally driven and steered? In this session you will learn from the best.
